You will then have to provide SOS Ticket with your version of the facts at least seven days before that Hearing Date. All the above documents must be transmitted to SOS Ticket by mail, e-mail or fax. Always keep your SOS Ticket team advised of pertinent information so it can represent you in court to the best of its capacity. Will I have to go to court?In 85% of cases, SOS Ticket clients do not have to be present in court. That being said, under some circumstances it’s non-negotiable, for instance in hit-and-run or excessive-speeding offences. If you must be present in court, it’s your responsibility to make yourself available for the Hearing Date and be present on that day. Moreover, you need to make sure you stay in touch with SOS Ticket at least two days before your Hearing Date. |
