Contesting a Statement of Offence with SOS Ticket means taking no chances with your future. The price you pay when you get a ticket is more than monetary: it has an impact on your driving license, your insurance, your life! You have the right to contest.
The amounts indicated include all fees services related to processing your file by the SOS Ticket team. No surprises.
We offer three different types of services to contest tickets:
Package A: Simple Statement of Offence (three demerit points and less) => $119.95 + tx
Package B: Statement of Offence of four points and over => $359.95 + tx
Package C: Special Statement of Offence (including: hit-and-run, school-bus stop, excessive speeding, dangerous driving and Article 202.2) => $442.97 + tx
All these packages include the following services, offered by experts of the Highway Safety Code:
- counsel in the matter,
- legal representation before the courts pertaining to the Highway Safety Code.
Please note that only the person whose name appears on the Statement of Offence can contest the ticket.

Revocation of Judgment: This is a consulting service that allows you to complete your Application for Revocation of Judgment. => $150 + tx
Stay of Execution: This is a consulting service that that allows you to complete your Application for Stay of Execution. => $150 + tx
