The process

When you put yourself in SOS Ticket’s hands, you contract the services of...

... an agency whose president and founder used to be a sergeant for the Service de Police de Montréal;
... six experienced lawyers, experts in the Highway Safety Code;
... a team of twenty administrators experienced with the Highway Safety Code.

The team will receive your file, analyze it, direct you through procedure and represent you in court. As such, the initial fees are the only fees and include all our services regarding your ticket, such as:

  • the management of your ticket,
  • analysis of the evidence by our experts,
  • legal representation in Court.

Can I contest without SOS Ticket?

Not only can you contest your ticket, it’s your right to contest your ticket. As such, you can contest your ticket on your own.

That being said, you better be ready to spend a lot of time and energy to do so. You will have to take care of all the administrative management of your file, you’ll have to figure out the ins and outs of court, you’ll have to prepare your case and present it in court, in front of a judge – not to mention the fact that you’ll have to spend hours studying the Highway Safety Code to effectively and concretely analyze the evidence.

On the other hand, if you contest your ticket through SOS Ticket, you’re not taking any chances or wasting all that time and energy.
